The All Manipur Entrepreneurs' Association (AMEA), a state level organisation having jurisdiction of entire Manipur is working in various entrepreneurial development and promotional activities ranging from imparting training, awareness programmes, organising workshops/seminars industrial exhibitions, conferences, etc.

In recognition the services of the AMEA, the Govt. of India nominated the AMEA as a member of the Small Scale Industries Board, Ministry of Industry, Govt. of India and Advisory Committee of the Small Industries Services Institute, Imphal. The organisation is also representing in the Pollution Control Board of Manipur. Acceptance Committee of the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. Imphal Branch and Task Force Committee of the Prime Minister's Rozgar Yojana.

The AMEA had also invited in many state and national level meetings including pre-budget discussion under Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India.

Consultancy Cell

The AMEA is recognised by the Deptt. of Commerce & Industries, Govt. of Manipur as an approved industrial consultancy organisation in Manipur to prepare project report, feasibility study market survey etc. beside to undertake turnkey projects etc. The AMEA consultancy cell prepare the techno-economic feasibility reports, conducting potential surveys, market surveys besides giving technical guidance for all kinds of industrial projects.

The AMEA has its provide all the needs of marketing and its way towards procuring a sales Van soon.

Training Division

The Training Division of AMEA, which is functioning for the last 15 years has been providing different types of trainings for the developed of entrepreneurship to the educated unemployed youths in Manipur.

Fair/Exhibition

The AMEA has organised State Level Industrial Exhibition thrice and also participated regularly in the India International Trade Fair (IITF) and other national, regional & state level industrial exhibitions.

Seminars/Conferences

AMEA organised number of seminars, workshops and conferences in different subjects/issues related to industrialisation and economic development of the State. Such programmes have been organised by AMEA of its own or in collaboration with other agencies like Directorate of Commerce & Industries, Manipur, NSIC, SSI, MANIDCO etc from time to time.

Awards

To enhance industrial development and also to encourage local entrepreneurs, AMEA is giving awards annually along with the Governers' Running Trophy to the best entrepreneurs, units performing best in the field of marketing or Manufacturing Quality products etc. The AMEA also giving recognition certificate to the best PMRY beneficiaries.
