            The Council Secretariat operates with the grants received from DST, Government of India, DST, Government of Manipur and the funds received from various agencies through projects and programmes. Grant-in-aid received from the DST, Govt. of India is meant mostly for payment of pay and allowances of the incumbent employees and office maintenance only.
